When Daniel and I left for [private] on Tuesday night around 7:40pm, it was already snowing and was laying on the ground. :lovestruck: Normally the drive to [private] takes about four hours. Well, we left around 7:40pm, and arrived in [private] after 2am. You do the math… thats over six hours. Although, we did stop at two rest stops. I think… yeah, we did. At the first stop, we just went to the bathroom. At the second stop we actually went in and ate at the Burger King that was there. It was so cold and bitter out that I just tucked Baby (the kitten) inside my coat and brought him in with us.
Anyway, it snowed very heavily for the entire trip. :worried: For most of the trip we were only going about 30-40mph on the turnpike, rather than our normal 65-75mph.
My mom really likes the kitten. :cat:
I cant wait to take Max home. :happyspin: Yesterday I felt so bad for him (he has fleas really bad. So bad, in fact, that hes scratching himself constantly, is dropping clumps of hair, and when you touch him in certain spots, your hand will be coated with flea eggs. Its disgusting.) that I made an appt. for him to get a shaving (hahaha, a shaved persian. How hilarious.) and a flea dip. I also went ahead and cut off all of his fur with scissors. Its not as good as a shave, but theres practically no fur left on him – just what I couldnt get with the scissors because I didnt want to cut too close to his skin. Then I spent over an hour bathing him in shampoo, flea shampoo, and this flea spray. Needless to say, although he looks a bit weird without all the fur, I bet he feels a lot better.
Ugh… I dont feel good. Last night I felt kind of blah. I kept having this gross metallic taste in the back of my mouth. :yuck: Anyway, I went to bed by midnight… and woke up at 7am feeling horrible. I no sooner stumbled out of bed and downed some anti-neausa medicine before I was in the bathroom, throwing up. My stomach has been really upset this morning. :sighb: Just in time for Thanksgiving… oh joy. Oh yeah, Happy Thanksgiving everyone.
Oh! I did go to the doctor this morning. Apparently the stupid doctor should not have put me on progesterone pills when I went there in September about my lack of periods. So now Im back on birth control. Only this time, its mircette, and I have to take a double dose (two pills a day instead of just one) of it for a month, and then cut back to the regular dosage for a few months. I was also given iron pills, because Im losing a lot of blood and am slightly anemic. So, hopefully this will take care of things and my body will be halfway normal again!

Haha look, I found my original post in your September 4th archive: Hmm… depo provera contains progestin, a synthetic version of progesterone (synthetic hormones= bad for you). So, you probably have an overabundance of progestin in your system, causing your period to be out of whack (or in your case, out of sight). So, what I dont understand is why your doctor gave you more progestine (you said progesterone, but it is probably a derivative of progesterone, not the natural thing, since doctors almost never perscribe natural hormones because of all of the money and politics with the drug companies).. so.. it sounds like they are basically giving you another synthetic progesterone (aka progestin), when you would think that they should have given you ESTROGEN to balance you out instead. You may want to ask a second opinion, especially if the new stuff they give you doesnt work. You can also buy natural forms of the hormones in creams outside of the docs office.

Heh. Damn doctors. And yes Anna, believe it or not, while I was at the docs and he was saying that I should have never been given that, your original comment on that was echoing in my head! LOL
