Last night, with my own brilliant mind
(and some occassional bitching/griping to Sarah), I managed to figure out how to make CSS layouts that are centered, using percentages. This layout uses percentages to center everything. I love it. :infatuated: Tonight, using that brilliance, I finished up a custom paid layout for a person, and tested it in IE (of course), Netscrape :yuck: , and…ya ready for this?…Opera and Mozilla. Wow. Heh.
Daniel and I went to the bank today. We got the forms to fill out to file the dispute with PNCs “investigation center”, and hopefully itll be resolved in a week or two. In the meantime, PNC wont refund the $30 bounce fees/returned check fees (all in all a total of $50 or more… ahh, I cant add right now!) because its supposedly not their responsibility. FUCK THAT. :angryw: Theyre a fucking BANK. My money is supposed to be SECURE. They fucked up and allowed an unauthorized transaction to go through. Doesnt that make it THEIR responsibility? Bastards. Well, I dont intend on paying it. Hmmmph. :soapboxrant:
Daniel and I also went to our counseling appointment with Lebron (weird name, huh?). We discussed how things went last week (no incident, thank goodness), my feelings towards porn, Daniels feelings, how to cope with each others anger better, etc. :sighw: Nothing like slow progress. But, in the end, I know itll be worth it.
Since PNC is being a shitface, I forked over $6.19 at some check cashing place to get my $125.79 (well, minus the $6.19) in cash, since were in desperate need of gas.
Daniel and I seriously considering moving (yes, MOVING) in late Dec./early Jan. Why? Well, were paying $400 a month ($397 to be exact) for a small apartment (small as in ONE bedroom, ONE kitchen, TWO closets, and a tiny BATHROOM), and another $70 to park in a parking lot, which half the time we cant even do because theres people illegally parking there (which is why we call the cops so they can come out and ticket them). I know apartment prices, and also just from looking around, we could pay $400 or less for a regular apartment (regular as in a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen, AND a living room, and on-street parking in a residental neighborhood). Plus, were sick of the noise and the drunk morons and the slow traffic and everything else. Since hell be getting a loan check for over $3000 around then, itll be the perfect time to move.
Daniel is at work right now, and you know what? Im bored. Heh, I should lay back and enjoy it though. I work tomorrow from 2:30-11, Thursday from 12:15-8, and Friday and Saturday from 2:30-11.

Wow.. in Howard County MD $400 for an efficiency like you live in would be cheap! My brother had a hard time finding a decent 2 bedroom appt for less than $1000 a month.. I dont think there are any efficiency appts in Ho. Co. for less than 400.. i dont think there are any in the City (Baltimore or Washington) for less than $400 either.. unless you want to live in the projects where youre likely to be shot within the first week.
Um, Jenn? I dont know if its just me or if the words in your blog black and the background black as well! Lol… anyway, I dont know, right now, I can only read the words by highlighting them, otherwise the words are the same color as the background.. They are both black
Jenn, i have the same ehh… “problem”? anyway, that bank situation sucks ass… i hate going to the bank too… such
. went down there yesterday and the man guy was trying to be a smartass when cashing my check. i wrote for deposit only in the back, he holds it up and asks ” whats this”… cant you read you fucking moron??
ugh, anyway. Here in L.A is basically impossible to find an apartment for less than $1000. and that s only for a decent one. and when i say decent, i mean studio decent. Lucky you!!
i meant depositing my check of course, not cashing… my bad
and by problem, i meant the whole black on black situation…
not really awake…
