New layout.

Surprise surprise, another new layout. I managed to make the funky image that you see above, and I couldnt resist using it. :lovestruck:
My mom IMed me tonight (not like she doesnt IM me every night, but thats besides the point). Yusef was put into Philhaven (a mental hopsital for children) again… he threatened to kill my mom, my brother, and my grandparents, and then went and grabbed a knife out of a drawer and went towards my grandmother. Its amazing how messed up a seven year old child can be (I wrote about his condition here). :whimper: I wish he wasnt so angry and out of control at times. He really is a sweet child. Hmmm. This is the third time since July that hes been put into Philhaven. First July, then mid-September, now January… it seems like he flips out (as a sister I can say that without insulting him) every three months or so. :sighw: So Im going to install this rugrats software and send him some cards and stickers in the morning. Then when we go home next weekend, Ill go visit him.

    Ah! the link was a 404..

    I cant remember if you said his angry lash-outs were something he can sort of control or not.. but if he can, or if he knows what he is doing when he does it, try not to give him too much when he does it because it only reinforces (sp?) his behavior/violent spells. If he gets too much positive attention (other than unconditional love and support) when he lashes out, he will catch on really fast that acting that way leads to the positive rewards and such, and abuse it. Kids are brilliant!
