I did it. My nose is pierced. I was very nervous (clammy hands, clenching stomach, had to pee, etc.), but it was worth it. The girl was very nice and very professional, and everything was sterile and sealed. I got to pick out the type of bead I wanted. I originally picked a blue one, but it was too big for the hoop – if/when my nostril swells it would press against it, and that would not be good. :boggled: The worst part was the initial pinch of the needle, and then when she was using the pliers to close the hoop and put the bead on. Other than that it just felt like pressure against my nose. My eyes watered like hell. :haha: What a mess.
My mother got her nose done too. Crazy, huh? :laugh: I guess she’s trying to stay young any way she can.

That’s so awesome. I wanna get mine done but my parents won’t let me. They’re too overprotective. I mean, it’s my nose and I AM 18. Sigh. But congrats!

I haven’t worn a hoop in my nose in awhile…I can never find a hoop small enough.

That looks really good! I am not really into the whole nose piercing thing on myself but it does look good on some people. I got my upper cartilage pierced on my ear right ear a couple weeks back and I think its the same ring that you have or very similar. I have the silver ring with a silver ball.

Did they stick the tube up your nose to catch the needle after it went through…that was my favorite part of getting mynose pierces…it tickedle :haha: I’d be scared to get a hoop cause I know how bad it hurts to have the pliars just slip a little and it kills when I accidently knock my ring…I like my screw…but your hoop seems to work on you

i had my nostril pierced.. then i let it grow over not too long ago cause the stud fell out in the shower, rawr. you look so good with one though! i think i had a little too many facial piercings anyway, so one had to go. you’re very beautiful :D
