I just got back from GNC. I have a bottle of fenugreek, yay! :bounce: According to everything I’ve read (ten different breastfeeding advice sites, some LJ communities, etc.), by taking the correct dosage (2-3 500mg capsules three times a day; I just took the first dose) I should see results within 1-3 days. :whew: I can stop panicking now and just focus on pumping every two-three hours.

It would be handy to have a pump like what they use on cows to get milk..you could just have a pipe that runs into a huge barrel or somthing… :haha: Ok ill stop being stupid now
