If you are a reseller client of mine and your domain was not registered by me, please change your nameservers to:
ns1.whs-dns.com
ns2.whs-dns.com
All clients were moved to a new server between 1:00am-12:00pm Tuesday. If you still cannot access your site it is because it is still propagating on your end (meaning that your ISP is slower to update than other ISPs).
There is a chance that you may have lost any changes you made to your site during the above mentioned hours, since the accounts on the old server weren’t deleted until after 12:00pm yesterday. If this is the case, I apologize. Please do not upload back-ups if you notice that the changes you had made during those hours aren’t there. Back-ups will restore your site to an even earlier date/time.

Why weren’t we informed of this earlier? I have important documents being mailed to my email that needed to be received and replied to by Nov 30th…and i couldn’t access my email all yesterday afternoon. :blah:

I don’t get it. Mine was registered by you right? And so that means my site will be back to normal some time in the next couple days? What about the changes I made within the last 24 hours.. and will this ever happen again? You never seem to recieve my e-mails.
It’s pretty late to tell me NOW to not use backups.. I did use them, and they didn’t work. It totally ruined my boards.. but you say you will restore it? So it will be back to normal?
