I have some sort of cold/virus/bug that keeps getting worse, not better. Each day I wake up feeling more congested, more feverish, and more ugh. My voice is weird, and I have a horrible, rib-rattling cough. Aside from trying to get enough rest and popping cough drops like they’re candy, I can’t really do much else – no meds for Jenn! :/
Thursday
Our church, along with several other churchs in the area went to a local movie theater to see a premiere screening of The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe. I had seen the original in fifth grade, so when I heard Disney was doing a version of it I was excited. And when my mom let me know that our church would be able to get in to the screening? I was thrilled!
Anyway. The movie was definitely as good as I expected it would be – if you haven’t already, go and see it!
Friday
Daniel and I went and picked up his brother’s our car. My BIL has been planning since October on getting a new car. Well, he got his new car Friday afternoon, and we picked up his from the dealership that evening. So, we (well, it’s primarily mine ) are the new owners of a black 2002 Kia Spectra. The car is in excellent shape, and the mileage is good, considering that the BIL drives about 45 miles each way to work – 75k. Best yet, we couldn’t have gotten a better deal on this car from a dealer or any other private seller.
This weekend has been pretty quiet. My brother is sleeping over, Daniel is conked out since he’s doing an opening shift this morning (ugh, I can’t believe how late it is…), and…. that’s about it. I put this new layout up because I wanted something that was festive, and so here it is. And now? I’m going to bed. Goodnight!

I have not seen that movie, nor have I read any of the books. I have heard other good things about the movie apart from you, so maybe it is worth seeing.

Ugh I hope you get better soon, keep in mind though that usually it gets soo worse before it gets any better, if you don’t see any relief from your symptoms in the next two days or spike a really high fever, go see a doctor.

As someone with lung disease, who gets pneumonia a few times a year, I’m going to beg you to get to a doctor ASAP. It could be bronchitis, which can be a precursor to pneumonia. Either way, please get checked out. Better safe then sorry! Take care. LOTS of rest, drinks liquids, all that good stuff. But please do see a doctor. The best news would be it’s just a cold.
