I made a new theme for kitty.nu. If you don’t see it (think lots of blue!), click here. Credits for the colorized image (you can only see bits and pieces inside the circles – it’s actually a large picture of a woman) goes to Sue. Thank you Sue! ♥

Thank you for all of the comments on our ultrasound! Baby X has now been referred to as a cashew and a blob. How cute. Heh. When he/she is older I can tell him/her that he/she resembled a blob. ;)
Baby X’s heart rate was around 181. Alyssa’s was pretty high during her 11 week ultrasound. Maybe this one will be a girl, too?! Oh, I hope I hope I hope I hope.

I’ve been spending a lot of time in the breastfeeding and pregnant livejournal communities. This pregnancy is really exciting. And, in a lot of ways, will be much better than the last time around – I know what to expect! And that’s especially true with breastfeeding – that’s one of the things I look forward to most with Baby X.

We’re apparently going to get slammed with a pretty nasty snow/ice/sleet storm today. It’s already started, but so far things are looking pretty pitiful. I hope it stays this way – I enjoy being able to drive without fear of wrapping my car around a tree.

I love the new theme! It’s so pretty! So funny, I was already at your site when you changed and when I clicked on another page, all the sudden it changed and I was like, WHOA! Then went to your blog and viola. LOL! That’s funny about your baby. A lot of them start out looking like a blob. Hehe.

  2. We had a bit of freezing rain in our area and now its just pouring normal rain. lol… John fell down the stairs today. There was ice on them. He now has to replace his cell, but thank goodness we got a warranty on it. I only went to my 2nd class today cuz I wanted to wait until it was a bit warmer out. I know how to drive in snow/ice, its just the other idiots out on the road that I don’t trust. Congrats on this 2nd pregnancy…

Beautiful theme! :D I love it! Hope the snow/ice doesn’t turn out to be too bad. Want to send some of that snow my way?

I think when/if Chris and I try for another, we’re hoping for a boy. I guess just because I’d have had one of each then? I really don’t care too much since I am really loving raising a girl. And goodness knows Chris and I would have argument after argument about me not wanting to circumcise our prospective son. lol

The new layout is fabulous Jenn! I’ll remember you calling your child a blob when it’s at the age of understanding, and you tell it that it was referred to as Baby X and a blob. LOL.

Long time reader – rare commenter. I first began reading your blog when you first found out abou Alyssa. The very first post I read was “Oh Shit..” with the picture of the pregnancy test. I was hooked. Now, here you are having another child and I am just so happy for you. Congrats to both you and Daniel!

I’m so happy for you, that you’re able to finally enjoy the joys of pregancy this second time around..

I’ve been a long-time reader (I even have e-mail notification of your entries!), but I rarely comment (unfortunately) .. I started reading when you were about four months along with Alyssa :) and can’t wait to see the second cute pea come out!

I say it will be a little girl by the heartbeat :) Nathan’s was around 130 and he was a bouncing baby boy.

The new theme looks great, honey, ‘cept it appears your skinning isn’t working correctly as on this single page I see a Blix WordPress theme that’s not quite all Blix. But certainly all the blue is beautiful. :)

I love this theme, beautiful job!

The weather’s gotten pretty nasty here in Georgia today, too. Nothing compared to what I imagine you all see.. but it’s windy, rainy and pretty chilly. They were also talking ice storms in the Atlanta area, thankfully we’re a little closer to the equator.. err Florida. haha.

    :D

OMG I just saw your ultrasound pictures. My eyes got all watery! I want a baby so bad.

Anyway, I love the theme..blue is my favorite color.

  13. Hey! Thanks for the comment on my site! I really like your new skin, nice and blue! Awe and congrats on your second child!! Can’t wait to see what it’s gonna be! I can’t wait myself to have my first child but I’m “attempting” to wait atleast a year and a half or more.
