Happy Mother’s Day to all of you mothers out there. And yes, this is even to those who I think are not-so-fantastic people… you’re still mothers, and still nuturing and providing for a child (or children). So yes… Happy Mother’s Day, to all mothers!
Pregnancy:
I’ve hit 30 weeks! 75% of this pregnancy is over. In just ten short weeks (and considering that the next two weeks will be tied up with packing and moving, and then another two or so weeks to settle in, and then my birthday, and then my brother’s birthday, these weeks really will fly) this baby will be here.
And you know what? We still don’t have a name for him! We’ve been referring to him as the Gummi Bear, but obviously that’s not something suitable for a birth certificate. We have Noah and Gabriel at the top of our baby list (who am I kidding… they’re the only names on the list!), but quite frankly I’m bored with both of them. And Daniel… I’m ready to slap him upside his head. He’s very quick to shoot down suggestions I have (favorites of mine: Benjamin, Amadeus, Theodore), but has been useless with coming up with names of his own (except for Roland, which we’ve compromised as having for a middle name).
Let’s see. I have a rather pronounced waddle. I haven’t seen my feet in quite a few weeks. Speaking of them, most of the time I ask Daniel to help me with my shoes and socks, as bending over cuts off my air supply. My belly gets in the way when I push around shopping carts. But on the plus side, it provides a nice “shelf” for Blueboy to lay on. Alyssa also seems to enjoy having something to rest her arms or head on when I’m carrying her around. I’m down to one pair of buttoning pants and one pair of capris. Long tops are my friend, as nothing is worse than tugging down a high-riding top all the time. Having sex can be a rather creative experience, since we have a rather large bump to work around. The heartburn is back in full force. I’m peeing all the time. My back hurts a lot. Getting comfortable is a chore, and it’s hard to get good rest when I can’t get comfortable, and when I finally do it’s time to hop up to make a dash to the bathroom.
And, I’ve popped out pretty decently (as compared to 28 weeks):

Anyway, I’m getting sleepy, so I think I’ll wrap up this entry with a few more photos. After the cut, for the sake of you dial-up users (are there any of you left?!)…
Romeo and his favorite human, Alyssa.

Happy Mother’s Day!
You’re almost done! I’m jealous! Haha. You did pop out there in the last two weeks.
Hope you have a good Mother’s Day.
Have a nice Mother’s Day!
And congratulations! Its almost done! Good luck ;)
I’ve had Noah chosen for a boy’s name for ages and if I ever have one, that’ll be his name
Anyway, great minds think alike, right? hehe
Like I said on Lavish, it’s still hard to believe how far along you are. It seems like yesterday I was asking for a password to read your protected entry about finding out your were indeed pregnant!
Aww, Romeo and Merlin are so adorable
Happy Mother’s Day!
I remember you telling me I would miss being pregnant once I gave birth – and you were right! I miss my pregnant body but I don’t miss all the side effects.
Romeo and Merlin are too cute.
Happy Mother’s Day! ♥
Happy Mother’s Day!
Romeo and Merlin are adorable. Glad the pregancy is going along well
Happy Mothers Day!!!!
theres this guy at my work and his name is Noah, he’s an asshole so i’m not too fond of that name lol. Roland however is adorable!!
i like Jonathan, Nicholas, Adrien, and Maddox
Happy mothers day Jenn!
Happy Mother’s Day!
I’m half way through my pregnancy now (I’m exactly ten weeks behind you) and I can’t believe that in twenty weeks I am going to have a baby. Its such a scary but wonderful thought.
You might want to consider exercising after your baby is born.
There are children in my neighborhood who’s Mother and Father have died because they were overweight. It’s very sad, I tell you.
I am not accusing you of being overweight, because everyone’s body type is different, but I’m just saying. I say this to all new mothers.
Happy Mothers Day!
I am looking forward to the 30 weeks much more so than the beginning of 3rd trimester, 30 weeks just has a nicer ring to it.
Ahh, the pregnancy waddle. I felt a slight inkling of the pregnancy waddling yesterday, I just know it’s going to get more prominent in not much longer.
HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY!!!!
Wow, 10 weeks to go. Can you believe it?!?! Hmmm… names, names, names. Angel & I can’t agree on any either, although we’re not expecting anytime soon. lol. But when we try for another, he says if it’s a girl, he wants her name to be Angelina. Uh, NOOOOOO. Your son is named after you already, you don’t need your “daughter” to be either. lol.
I like Benjamin & Noah, but the others not much. I can’t come up with any boys names offhand that I like.
Love the pix
Happy Mother’s Day! :D
Happy mothers day!! Those kitties are so cute!
Happy Mother’s Day to you. Mother’s are extordinary people.
I’ve always been the worst to come up with baby names or well any name for that matter. lol. I do like the name Cole for a boy though. It’s not something you hear everyday and has a nice ring to it.
I wish you the best with the pregnancy, the move, and deciding on a name.
Happy Mother’s Day!
And congrats on reaching 30 weeks- only 10 more to go! Your baby bump is so cute, hehe. It almost makes me miss mine… almost, lol.
Happy Mommy Day
Happy Mother’s Day!
Happy Mother’s Day!
happy mother’s day!!!
and dont feel bad about not having a name, myhusband and i still havent come up with one for our daughter yet….just ideas – and im 32weeks! i really like the names Noah + Benjamin for your son though.
good luck, and many congrats on your pregnancy!!!
I’m one of those poor pathetic dial up users lol. We don’t get high speed or anything even cable out where I live so I’m pretty well stuck. I just save most of the heavy sites for when I’m out at the college. Which is pretty much all of the time so its like my highspeed vacation from home :D Anyways Happy Mothers Day! Hope you had a nice day. I’m sure you will come up with a perfect name for your little boy in time.
Lyssa and Romeo are so cute! Better watch out, you know how Romeo’s are, always stealing hearts ;) Happy mothers day!
I like benjamin, I also really like the name Andrew. Andrew Roland sounds kinda nice =)
Happy Mother’s Day Jenn!!
haha wow…. you make pregnancy sound like so much… fun? I dunno.. it never really appealed to me anyway.
Happy belated Mother’s Day! Hope you had a great one. :-)
Wow, that is amazing that in just 2 weeks you popped out so much.
Those kittens are so adorable!
Aww, you are so so prego! That so exciting! The kittens are adorable! I love what you’ve named them… I’m so uncreative like that.
What the heck is the deal with you always getting rude people commenting on your blogs? It seems to never fail!
aaaah your belly is adorable!
love the site :]
Amadeus?? Where did that one come from… are you a big Mozart fan?
I know someone who’s actually named “honey boy” *cracks up laughing* so I guess gummi bear is slightly feasible… (though still not a good idea)
