Patience is a virtue!

Alyssa takes it upon herself to pull on my pants, yank on my legs and shove at me if I tell her we’re going out and I don’t move towards the front door fast enough for her liking. I can’t help but find it hilarious, even though I know that I’ll have to nip this crap in the bud soon.

Anyway. We had a lovely evening last night, and got a lot done, even though we did run out of boxes. Well, Daniel is going to get some more from work this evening, and we’ll try to get the rest of the packing (one or two more boxes worth in the kitchen, another box for the living room, and one last box for the miscellaneous crap that’s lying around) done tomorrow. Whew! I never realized that in the two years we lived at this place that we’d accumulate so much more stuff. *spazz*

Okay, well, I’m off to catch up at Lavish, and then there’s a not-so-clean car sitting outside that’s just begging for my attention (and that of the hose, soap and vacuum cleaner).

That is so cute. Kids don’t realize others can’t move as fast as they can. I recall myself doing the same as a child. That vexel of Alyssa is gorgeous, by the way. I just hope I can tackle vexeling by the time I have kids or have friends like you who’ll do them for me, ha.

When my neighbours moved in all their boxes were from Subway. Beats paying for them from a moving company!

We cleaned the inside of our van today, it was — unpretty. I would have given it a wash but I heard it’s supposed to rain within the next couple days.

I think I’m going to head on over to Lavish myself… :)

Jenn, I tried to register for Lavish about a month ago but I never got a confirmation email. Ive finally gotten around to trying to see whats up, and now you arent accepting new users.. whats up :(!?

  6. Packing is the devil, but when a move is wanted/needed it’s worth it. Good luck.

Have fun with the packing and also cleaning the car if you do it :P

  8. Awww. Alyssa sounds so cute. ♥

Yay @ getting everything almost packed! Moving can be so hard and you really don’t realize how much stuff you have, until you go to move. Very time consuming!

lol @ Alyssa. Kids are definately impatient. AJ likes to push me around if I’m not moving fast enough to go where he wants me. I could be doing dishes and he’ll want to show me something and start pushing me away from the sink if I don’t go when he wants. hehe.

Hope the packing is going well!

Good luck with the packing. It always seems that way. You think that you dont have that much stuff until you start packing. :)

  15. OMG. I clean my car once a month and if it needs washed then I set it outside and man oh man is it getting a washing now! It’s pouring here!

Kids are cute! I can imagine my mother doing the same thing, walking out the door and me following her and pushing her slightly. Boy, kids are a handfull.

I want kids but I think the scariest part for me is the actual BIRTH. That and I couldn’t handle something living inside of me… would remind me too much of an alien from those alien movies where it just rips out of my stomach….. *tears* No. No kids for me.
