Ryan has officially doubled his birth weight! I hopped on the scale without and then with him, and he’s a solid 17.6 lbs. According to the growth percentile calculator, he’s above the 100th percentile! No wonder my arms are aching at the end of the day!
At this rate, and with his sister gaining more slowly (she’ll be two in three weeks, and weighs 28.4 lbs. and is 33″ in length), he’ll be as big as she is by the time he’s a year old! And when they’re older, people may mistake Ryan as the older sibling. Oh well… better to be a petite female, right?

That’s what happened with me and my brother. When he was two and I was five we looked like twins. Now he looks like my older sibling even though he’s my little brother. I’m 18, and he’s 16. But I look like I’m 14. -_-;; But it’s pretty fun to tell people he’s my little brother and see their reactions. : D
