I think I may have the beginnings of thrush. My left nipple was a bit sensitive yesterday, and I had to shoo Daniel away from them last night. Tonight latching Ryan on hurt, and now, an hour or so since feeding Ryan, things still feel a bit tingly. Ugh. I’ll be whipping out the vinegar and Monistat before I go to bed. I’m pumping now (I may dump the milk, just in case), but as soon as I’m done all of the pump parts are going straight into the dishwasher.
Ugh. Why me?

Oh no! Not again
I used Monistat on my c-section incision when it was irritated, that stuff works wonders.
