    I hate exercise. Bleh. I don’t mind walking or doing treadmill, but anything else is just not for me. I do enjoy eating healthier though. Healthy food does taste good… well, most of it.

    See, walking bores me, ha. And we do walk – going out and taking the kids for walks, walking over to my mother’s house, etc.
    Using my bike fits in perfectly with my late afternoon “downtime”, though this afternoon I wound up exercising while Alyssa was watching a movie and Ry was napping.

    Hi Jenn. I really want a exercising bike! Or is it called a stationary bike? I hope the exercising is doing you good! Until I talk my husband into getting us one I will have to do the walks :(
