We filed our taxes last night. Tax deductions rock! We’re getting back… well, let’s just say that we’re getting back enough to purchase a 32″ LCD widescreen television, surround sound stereo system, vcr/dvd combo and an entertainment center. We’re getting booster seats for Alyssa (she’s not yet ready for them, but we’ll have them for when she is). We’ll also have money left over to use for my car’s inspection and much needed new tires. We might splurge a bit on ourselves, and the rest we’ll tuck away into savings. W00t! So happy… we didn’t think we would get much more than last year, and wound up getting over double! :D
I went and got my hair cut today… and it looks great! So many times I go to a hair stylist and wind up being disappointed. A few years ago I left one particular stylist in tears; she did that bad of a job. But today… perfect. I brought in pictures of what I wanted, and pointed out another customer’s hair style, and the stylist did great!

Anyway, my darlings are napping, so I think I’ll take this opportunity to do a quick fifteen minutes on my bike, and then go and take a small nap myself!
Wow, I want a 32′ widescreen tv too! And your haircut l ooks really great. Thats awesome you got over double on tax deductions than last year. It must be nice to be able to get the tv and surround sound. I wish my dad would get me one, but hes a tight wad, haha.
