We met with the lawyer today. My mother came with us, as there have been some harassment issues between her and the park managers. We bombarded the poor lawyer with papers and e-mails and photos, but after a two hour meeting things were situated. I was instructed to contact the park managers by writing one more time and ask them again to drop this eviction crap, and that if they don’t then I will have no choice but to retain a lawyer. Done. No response yet. Meanwhile, the lawyer is going to do a lot of research and reading up on PA’s landlord/tenant laws, and then fire off a letter to the actual owner of the property, who most likely has no idea what his little underlings are up to.

So, we sit and wait, and continue on as if all is right with the world. Hah!

Right now we’re counting down the hours (two hours and 32 minutes!) until midnight. Both last year and the year before our tax return showed up in our account right around midnight of its due date. W00t!

And Alyssa is eating a TV dinner… while sitting in front of the television. Go me, right? She chose the dinner all by herself, and I thought it would be a nice little treat for her, and for me since I don’t feel like cooking right now.

Okay, I’m off to go do some laundry. Later gators!

I hope that something is done about this, and it would be nice if it came from the park managers by nixing this stupid eviction crap.

I hope your return comes in soon! You must be itching :P

I hope things get sorted soon!

Regarding an old post, being attacked in a dream can symbolize that you’re feeling under some kind of threat, either by your beliefs or by someone else. Since there was the added componant with the man, it may suggest that you’re dominance in a situation is under some kind of threat and the inability to call out for help means that you’re feeling like you’re stuck in the situation and can’t change it. I realize that’s totally random, but it might make some sense to you?

I had one of those wonderful mom days where my kid got chicken nuggest twice today. Oh well we are all entitled to some mom days I suppose, especially if we feel bad.

But I wanted to say that I don’t envy you on the lawyer crap. Just when I started to save mass money and my bank account was looking nice (go me) the stupid lawyer had to be hired for our upcoming custody review. Yeah, it should be over after that unless we want to pursue anything else, but having thousands of unknow dollars in legal fees hanging over your head is about the most disgusting feeling in the world.

I feel your sucky lawyer fees pain and I think that the people you are suing should have to eat your fees if you win. Now, if only I could get that out of my dead beat egg donor I’d be set!

  4. Hope that return hits your account. I’m sure once the threat of legal action kicks in, the dumbasses will drop it.

As for Alyssa’s meal – it’s always nice to have a treat. I really enjoyed the very rare Kraft Dinner nights we’d have when I was a kid. My dad had some pretty rigid ideas about what constituted a meal (a meat, a starch, some veggies), so we didn’t get them often.

haha.. Taylor’s lunch yesterday consisted of baked fries and chicken strips. And she only ate the fries. Toddlers.

I got my return this morning, on the 9th day, as promised. Yaaay. Too bad it’s almost gone (paying large chunks to my car and the Dell bill for the new computer). I think last year we got to have our fun with our returns, and this year is all about responsibility. And maybe a little mini spree for myself. lol

UGH, good luck with that crap. We went through legal stuff with our last apartment.. and OH I’m glad to be in base housing. No b/s, no stupid crap… SUCH A RELIEF.

Oh and about the recent wordpress plug-in.. am I supposed to see something special pop up when I hover over names? All I get is the same thing in a regular box (Like, if I hover over “Alyssa”, it just pops up an says “Alyssa”.. if I remember correctly from the b2 one, isn’t it supposed to say “My daughter” or whatever? That IS what the plug-in was supposed to do, right?

I hope everything will be solved without having to get lawyers and the like involved! Hopefully they will react positive on the letter you write them.
