We went ahead and opted to get these gorgeous babies instead:

GE king-size Capacity frontload washer
GE super capacity electric dryer

They won’t be delivered until next Wednesday, which means I’m going to be running over to our new place an awful lot… tomorrow for painting and for Comcast, Monday for the water, Tuesday for the propane, and Wednesday for the washer and dryer. And then there’s the delivery and setup of the fridge and stove, which won’t be done until the heat and water are on.

We picked up the paint today. The colors are gorgeous. I really can’t wait to get painting tomorrow!

Oh my gosh, I love laundry too…my boyfriend thinks I’m insane, but it’s my favorite chore (if you can have one of those). Those look HOT. I want them.

Those are really nice. I’d have to have those raised to eye level. I find it easier to reach up than to bend over.
