    moving sucks!
    it has to be the most unpleasant thing in the world.

    but think of it this way, there’s really no need to be in a big rush to unpack..
    it’s YOUR house. you can do what you want! haha

    Don’t feel bad hun, I’ve been in my apartment for nearly two months and I’m STILL NOT UNPACKED! I have my essentials out, but I have books, photos, posters, ect, still packed away! Chyssi is right, it’s YOUR HOUSE you get to choose when to unpack!

    I got back from visiting family almost two weeks ago and I haven’t unpacked either, hehe….and when I was younger and still lived with my family we moved around every two years (military) so we rarely had time to unpack everything! Boxes are my friends! So I feel your pain. But I do agree with the others, you get to choose when to do it, so no rush. ^_^

  5. YEAH your all moved into the new house now right? …. first unpack all kitchen, then move into bedroom then living room …. :) Remember it is YOUR HOUSE. Do waht you want – paint i purple green and yellow … :) hehe

    If you hurry to unpack, you’ll put things in places where you wont remember. At least right now, hopefully they are in labled boxes… Take your time. We’ve been in our house for 2 years at least. Still got boxes. I think at this point if we haven’t unpacked it we probably don’t need it…

    Moving is never, ever fun. I hate the packing and unpacking aspect. It’s nice to go to a new place but I wish everything was able to self pack and unpack itself. A real life zipfile, if you will. ;)

    I hate packing/unpacking. Moving in general. I think we lived in our house for almost 6 months before we finally got everything unpacked that we were going to unpack. We still have boxes in the basement of things that really aren’t needed and have no place to go.
