I’m eying my current phone in disgust. It is not quite two years old and isn’t holding up very well. Most of the silver is worn off of the top and sides of the phone. The caller ID does not always display. The time on the answering machine randomly resets. And the ringer will not work on the low volume.
But I have been putting off shopping around for a new phone, because I am very picky about my phone equipment. I like cordless phones. Extra base. The main base must have an answering machine and speaker phone capability and number pad. I want something that isn’t too bulky, nor too small. It can’t be too delicate, as it has to survive the rigors of cats, small children and constant usage.
And to think, I’m only wanting a telephone for personal use. I can’t imagine having to shop around for Avaya business phones, or any type of business phone or phone related product.
