So wouldn’t that classify that you’ve lost equity? Because ow youre just renting… and even though the backend may not seem like it, the front end is the one that matters in the long run.

In the US – rent back companies are scams.
I really hope you did some real research before recommending anyone to this company.
Even if the company lets you STAY in your home, it doesn’t let you KEEP your home. The home and title belong to them.
