When it comes to buying a new product, specifically an electronic device, such as a mouse, keyboard, printer, or even a new cordless phone (mine is dying a slow, painful death), I research. I not only look at prices, but I look at reviews. I want to know what I’m buying before I buy it. I want more than the glossy blurbs from the manufacturer; I want cold, non-sugar coated reviews.
