Another $420 spent, and we now have beautiful white painted wooden wall cabinets for both bathrooms (these!), coordinating shower curtain rod rings (these!), two more bath towels, four washcloths, loads of party supplies, Ryan’s presents, and enough food to feed a small army.
I’m sweaty. I’m tired. I’m achy. All the food is put away, the food for tomorrow is prepared, the cake will be picked up at noon, and all of the decorations are up.
I’m excited for Ryan’s first birthday, but sad at the same time. Goodbye to my baby, goodbye to the wonderful first year I had with him… and hello toddlerhood!!!

Happy birthday for Ryan! :happycry:
I was just thinking the other day. Hopefully you’ll be able to give me answers.
- Does it hurt to breastfeed, even after ‘so many months’?
- Do you feel the milk come out, or ‘stream through’? How does it feel?
Jenn,
are you going to start a breastfeeding and childbirth community for all our questions? LOL
BTW toddlers scare me. However, you have Alyssa and girls are worse than boys so you should be good.
Toddlerhood is awesome when you are the toddler, but sucks when you are the parent. I can’t wait to have two toddlers running around my house.
I’m dreading the day my beany weany turns one. I already can’t believe he is 2 months already. Good luck on the emotions of realizing your baby is now a toddler.
