Late night browsing

I just spent the last half an hour watching numerous videos of Alyssa and Ryan. I’m also going to write myself a reminder: take videos of the kids every week! They grow so quick! And while pictures do a fantastic job of catching moments in time, there’s nothing like a live viewing of that moment in time, complete with movement and sound.

And speaking of videos, I finally got a great one of Ryan. He walked for about six feet before getting tired and plopping down!

Hi, Jenn. :) I’ve enjoyed your blog for a while now but I’ve never commented before. I had to stop by and say just how adorable Ryan is! I love it when babies are starting to walk, how they bounce along! So cute!

Also, quickly, I’m sorry that you’re having a complicated family situation and know that I’m here rooting for you! I totally understand family drama like that and admire that you’re able to navigate that on top of everything else that you do! Take care!

Oh my god that is the cutest thing ever! Meghan is almost standing on her own so she won’t be far behind Ryan now. Thats a scary thought!

  5. Ryan is just tooo cute for words and I love his bubbly personality. My youngest son hardly smiles.

That video is too cute. I wish my son would smile(even half as much as Ryan does)!!

  7. Casey sold it to Sarra, who sold it to me. I don’t know what to do with it yet, so I just have it forwarding for now. :)

He’s so bubbly! I don’t know if I’ve ever seen such a consistently happy kid, seriously. Hoorah for walking!! :D SO CUTE!

  10. Awww at the video.. YAY RYAN!

I need to take more videos as well, but I always end up foregoing the Kodak and picking up the Canon.

I will take your advice to heart. I have already sworn up and down to have a jillion scrapbooks and videos of my little boy. I don’t know if it would be recommended that I go through a second pregnancy with how many problems I’ve had, so this might be my only baby.

On the problems you’ve been having with your mom, I can somewhat relate.. I’m almost tempted to tell my mom off.. she does the dumbest crap. She quit her job and moved across the country and is living off her retirement. She’s 50 years old and doesn’t have that much money set aside.. says she intends on getting another job, but hasn’t even looked yet.. and she goes through money like water. She just bought a $3000 dollar camping trailer.. she doesn’t camp.

Parents are so difficult.. but it’s hard to bring their problems to their attention because they ALWAYS have something to say back.. because they’re your PARENTS. :P
