After my grandmother died, and grief stricken, we headed to the funeral home to take care of the necessary arrangements, we found out that my grandmother had funeral insurance. This was definitely a good thing. Even though she was cremated, the viewing/service small and brief, with our own pastor overseeing it, we still had to dip into our own pockets to completely cover the cost of everything. On a related note, this December 23rd will mark three years since my grandmother’s passing. I miss her so very much…
