At my last job, I worked in a small office with seven other women. Those of you who are female are already clucking your tongue in disbelief, wondering how I made it out of such an environment alive. Let me tell you – it wasn’t easy! I quit after three months of crap, three months of a co-worker who, due to being best buddies with the supervisor, felt it her due to oversee the business process management and act like she had all the authority in the world.
