You know, cosmetic surgery seems to be the rage these days. I don’t know. I see a lot of the “before” pictures of some of these women, and I think that their eyebrows, chins, noses and jaw line were just fine before having surgery. Of course, there are definitely situations were cosmetic surgery is warranted. In the case of accident and burn victims, cosmetic surgery is definitely a godsend, as it has the ability to restore features that were damaged from an accident or fire. Also, many people who have gastric bypass surgery and even lap band surgery (something I am going to be having, provided that there are no medical or insurance snags) wind up wanting or even needing cosmetic surgery in the form of skin reductions, since the weight loss can be fast and drastic.
If money were no issue, I don’t think I would choose cosmetic surgery. Amazing as this sounds, I am happy with my nose, my chin, my brows and my jaw!
