On November 18th, 2009 I had gastric bypass surgery. It was the best gift I could ever give myself.

Current weight: 163.5

Start: 331 lbs. Goal: 160 lbs.

Blogging is really becoming a mainstream thing. I have thought several times that it would be awesome to use business cards as “blogging” cards, and pass them out and leave them at places to get your blogs exposed to new visitors. Apparently I’m not the only one that thinks this way, as Ooprint of ooprint.com has many blogger cards available for customizing and purchase! I recommend you give ooprint.com a whirl, especially since they are offering 100 FREE business cards (you only pay shipping)!

A great way to o this is with Flickr’s Moo Mini cars too. It’s more expensive but they are cute!
