I can’t snap out of it

I have been in a fog since I woke up today. It took me over an hour to be able to see without blurriness or overlaps. I woke up with blood on my face and pillow, and my face puffed up and swollen again. I don’t know if I slept weird or what. I’m not in too much pain, thanks to the Vicodin. I’m sure I can also thank the Vicodin for feeling so drowsy.

I think I’m looking much better now than I was the day I had the surgery:

I’m still swollen, but I don’t look so half dead. :P

Dan brought home a Christmas tree this afternoon. It’s in the middle of our living room right now, decorated with lights and some red ribbon. We need to pick up some silver or white ribbon or tinsel or something, along with some Christmas presents and wrapping paper, all of which we plan on shopping for tonight at Target, as soon as Alyssa and Ryan wake up from a nap.

Ugh. I just read over this blog entry, and it’s really all over the place. Sorry. Remind me not to blog while under the influence of narcotics.

Aww, hope you feel better soon (at least you can’t feel any pain?). I love decorating trees! Normally only put garland up though, no ribbon.
