1991 called

1991 called. It wants its game, Rodent’s Revenge, back where it belongs. Well, I’m sorry, but I looked up the game last night, after thinking about how much fun I had playing it around 1993-1996, and over ten years later I’m hooked on it yet again!

Rodent's Revenge

Today I took Ryan to an early morning doctor’s appointment (he picked up ringworm, but the doctor dismissed my opinion of what it was and refused to write a prescription until he examined Ryan himself), and then Dan and I packed up the kids and took the car for oil changes. We had lunch, did some shopping, and then Dan came home with the kids while I went and played technical support for my mom. Again.

Our federal and state tax returns were accepted, and we’ll have our refund on February 8th. W00t!

That’s so cool that you already get your returns back so soon. I don’t even have w2′s yet. You must keep really good track of the paid posting if you filed already. I personally have no clue what I’m doing until the 1099 comes in the mail.

Ranee, have you tried checking on their site under your account details for it?

I used to love that game! *downloads*

That’s great that you’re going to get your return back so soon. Yay for money! I’m still waiting for some forms for Joe to come in so we can finish filing.

…why wouldn’t the doctor examine him before writing a script? He’s a doctor, not a psychic. And he can’t tell what Ryan has before seeing him himself. God forbid is was something more serious that went mistreated or untreated. The doctor can’t just take your word for it.

Now you got me playing Rodent’s Revenge, lol.

Jenn, do you remember Oregon Trail? I used to LOVE that game, but I never made it to my goal. Either my wagon wheels would break or I would run out of food. I remember one time my cart caught on fire AND was robbed by bandits WHILE I was crossing a river. LOL!

Rissie does have a good point there Jenn. Doctors have a vested interest in being cautious.

Oh, and I was always horrible at Oregon Trail. My family would always die out from cholera or pneumonia before I got even close.
