What if instead of shrieks of happiness, she comes up with a reaction like “HOMG, BABY DOGGY MULTIPLIED! WTFS UP WITH THIS?”?
Alyssa is going to be so excited.
Awww shes gonna be so excited!
Oh dear, haha. That’s going to be an interesting morning…
Coolest. Mom. EVER.
Awww, I knew I would squeal! I loved stuffed animals as a kid.. and I still do! :D
Officially the best parents ever! I’ll tell you if that were Sydney, who is obsessed with little bitty play doggies like that, she’d be searching the house for Santa Claus or the Easter Bunny or something. Then she’d pounce on him and thank him for 4 hours. All after she caught her breath from screaming and naming them all some variation of brown doggie.
P.S.
I’m going to Target today and they better have some of those!
Oh my gosh, that is a lot of pups!
OMG That is the sweetest thing ever! She’s gonna flip! :D
That’s such a cute prank!! I bet Alyssa will loved waking up!
Wow hahaahaha. That would be so awesome to wake up to!!
Have you ever seen this site? http://theshapeofamother.com/
Oh yeah, I have given up hope on the Dominican Peso. Definitely not coming.
Aw…I bet she’ll love it.
It’s good to see you’re no longer censoring Dora the Explorer because it teaches children a language other than English.
That is the coolest thing ever. Let us know how she reacted!!
Arleigh – I approve of children, my own included, learning more than one language, but I’m still annoyed with the push of the Spanish language, only because it seems to be the only] language that is pushed in children’s television shows. Why not French? Spanish? German? Chinese?
Alyssa enjoys Dora, so I let her watch it, personal irritations aside.
Leslie – I seriously don’t know what happened to it and why you haven’t received it!
I sent out the letter right away, and I’m 99% certain I wrapped a blank sheet of paper around the currency, so that it wouldn’t be spotted.
Jenn,
I agree that Spanish is the only language that is pushed in children’s cartoons. However I guess I really just decided it was because Spanish was like the fastest growing language here and rather than pushing it on us they are just actually attempting to get an audience. REGARDLESS Dora and Diego both can get a little annoying after about a week of the same episodes over and over again. If I hear King Juan El Bobo do his dance and song one more time I’ll kill him myself. Thank god Sydney has moved on.
I’m also EXTREMELY HAPPY to see that one of the channels either Nick Jr or Sprout has added Ni Hao Kai Lan to the line up. She’s the Chinese version of Dora and actually speaks some major Chinese to her family. Sydney’s all into it because she’s been saying Ni Hao to people since she was about 18 months due to all the Chinese adoption around her. Much nicer change from all the Spanish circulating.
