I love my husband. SO much. I really do. I tell him every day, I think about it multiple times a day, but I don’t think I say it on here quite enough. Well, I’m going to try to change that. So in between the blah blah blah boring mundane things like vomity kids and enough stuffed animals to build a small fort with, I’m going to tell you how much I love the man I have been with for seven years, six months and three days. Can you believe it’s been that long? Wow… before I know it we’ll be celebrating a decade of togetherness!
Speaking of the man I love, Dan is sick. Of course, he can’t just have a cold. Oh no. He has to have a Man Cold. I’m sure I’ll come down with it in the next day or two, as there is not a single illness that runs through my family that I don’t pick up at some point. So anyway, Dan went to bed a little over an hour ago, after stumbling around a few minutes under the influence of NyQuil (that stuff is scarily potent!).
I know it’s late, but I’m not quite ready for bed. Lately I have been very active on Flickr, both with uploading photos and commenting on the photos of others, and tonight is no exception. I think I’m in the mood to post a few photos here, so…

I was SO rocking the trends in the early 90′s, complete with high top sneakers!
God knows why I got into the flannel thing in the late 90′s… two years after this photo (it was taken in 1996), I switched out the plain white t-shirts with low cut tanks. Oh, and that’s my baby brother I was holding (the one that is now a twelve year old horse).

Once I came down with my cold, I was forcing Greg to guzzle down the Theraflu because I KNEW he would get it. And he got it WORSE of course. He definitely had a man cold but he took care of me as well. Our Valentine’s Day was lovely all cuddled up pitiful in the blankets, lol. We’ve been serious 6 years, 8 months! Oh boy I need to see what I can find from my 90′s stash *twitches*. LMAO, you called your brother a 12 year old horse, haa.
We seem to share colds around here as well…Though, when James is sick, it’s just a very minor inconvenience to him. When I am sick though, I feel like I was just hit by a truck! I never realized how much I like looking at other people’s old photos, but I think I’ve been through your entire set on Flickr! I was so a flannel shirt kid back in the day as well…

I loved the youtube vid “Man Cold”. I’ve seen that before somewhere. Oh well, still funny. And that flickr photo of you is amazing! Beautiful lighting. I can never seem to get really good light for my photos and I hate using the flash because everything comes out looking so dark. Love the nostalgic photos!
