As my grandmother used to say

I feel like death warmed over. We all woke up with fevers. Dan relapsed, and felt so awful that he called off work today. Considering my husband calls off work maybe twice in a year’s time, that’s really saying something and how awful he is feeling. Well, misery loves company, so we’re all holed up in here together.

Although we need milk. And bread. And dish soap. Guess who gets to be the lucky one to go out and get stuff? :P

And to end this brief entry with a photo… look what I unearthed yesterday!

To think, those flimsy pieces of latex could have been the difference between stretch marks, morning sickness, a c-section scar, sleepless nights, early mornings, animal crackers and Juicy Juice, sticky hugs and kisses, random “I lub you’s!” from Alyssa, charging runs and tackles from Ryan, and… well… no kids. Heh.

Yeah, they might have… but you wouldn’t have it any other way. (Beautiful kids, watching them grow up, etc.)

I hope you all get to feeling better soon!

  4. Hrm..mint ones?? Wouldn’t that burn?!?

Sorry you guys are all sick. Everyone in the pharmacy where I work at is getting sick. I’m keeping my door closed, I refuse to get sick.

  5. Re: mint flavored: hence why it was never used! :P
