Late last night I finally finished writing up jenn.nu’s love page. It summarizes my entire history with Daniel — all seven years and seven months of it! ♥
I’m considering doing some type of processing on the photo above, different from what I’ve done with that particular copy, and printing it and then framing it. That photo right there represents two significant parts of our history together. The first time I saw that field was the day after Daniel and I went on our first date together. We had worked together that night, and after we were done we went in his car to a local Turkey Hill. Daniel bought us Snapple drinks, and then drove to where that field is. He pulled off on the side of the road, and spent the next two hours talking. And kissing. As I recall, there was a lot of kissing. It started with me teaching him to French kiss (we had shared our first kiss the night before, after our first date, but it was more of a quick meeting of the lips and then shying away than an actual kiss!), and then a lot of experimental kissing after that. :blush: I wonder how many times we’ve kissed each other by now? Five hundred times sounds like a lot, but we kiss every day, multiple times a day, so that would cover a year, tops. Hmm. It’s an interesting thought. 
The second time that field came into our lives in a very important way was on August 23rd, 2001. It was the night before Daniel had to leave for his second year of college. We went out to dinner (somewhere, I forget where. Perhaps it was even Burger King? LOL!), and then we went over to the field. At that time it was a miniature apple orchard, with dozens of small apple trees lining the field several yards away from where it met the road. It was in the evening, and the sun was just about setting. It was there that Daniel proposed to me. I accepted, obviously, and then we made glorious, earth-shattering, We’re-engaged!!! love to seal the deal. ♥
I don’t think I could ever adequately express how much I love my husband. He is my everything.

Not only was that story incredibly sweet.. but you’re a good photographer as well (and being a professional photographer myself.. I am picky!) lol. But I really liked your photos. I think a framed image of the road/field would be just amazing to see.
That was so beautiful. I wish I had a story like that. As much as I love my husband I’m envious of your love for Dan. After almost 13 years together I think we’ve pretty much lost that spark. I want it back!!!!
