You spin me right round

Hi. I know it’s been three four days since I last blogged, and I’m sorry for that. But there really wasn’t much to blog about! Unless you want to hear about the clean laundry I left wadded on top of the dryer, until I could no longer stand the unmatched socks, and dragged everything into the bedroom to sort and fold. Or about how I cleaned out the fridge and rid the freezer of some freezer-burned ground beef. Or how much fun I had watching Alyssa and Ryan have fun at the huge playground we took them to Thursday afternoon (photos: right here).

Pfft. Who am I kidding?

You want to hear juicy stuff. That’s okay, there’s nothing wrong with that. I like the juicy stuff, too. But right now, there isn’t any juicy stuff. No family drama, no money drama, no work drama, no love drama, no sex drama, no internet drama, no drama drama. Just me. Me and my everyday, domestic duties. Me and my work. Me and my awesome, wonderful, spunky and feisty kids who never let a day go by without making me smile, laugh and want to cry with the intensity of my love for them and pride in them. Me and my sexy, wonderful, strong and true husband who never lets a day go by without making sure to tell me he loves me. Me and my hopes for what will hopefully be a very exciting year.

I love this man of mine, SO much:

On the internet front: I have been playing on SocialSpark, and even taken a few paying opportunities (w00t!). I updated to the latest beta release of Firefox 3, 0.5 (I’m loving it, by the way). I tweaked In My Bag. I took a jenn.nu layout from last spring and put it up at kitty.nu.

And… I think I’m going to go to bed now. :)

Psst… I’m looking for acne wash recommendations for my twelve year old brother. He didn’t get the same good skin genes that I did, and is showing signs of acne. :(

Do you think you’ll make more from SS then PU2B? I saw the message from them basically saying that they won’t allow any SS advertisement on any blogs that participate in PU2B.

This blog wasn’t so much juicy as it was extremely cute! :D
Just out of curiosity, how many ear piercings do you have? *end of random question* :P

  3. Anna, did I read PU2B’s email incorrectly? I assumed they’re not allowing blogs that have the sponsorships on them — those huge windows that dim out the blog itself so that the advertisement is prominent. I’m not doing the sponsorships. They’re not paying enough money per day to make it worth the loss of income from another pay to blog site, plus the loss of visitors.

  4. Holly, thank you! :) And to answer your question, I have six in each ear. I used to have eight. I don’t even remember what happened to the others. :P

    Awww!

I bet Alyssa and Ryan loved that playground, it looks really good. Oh and I absolutely love Ryan’s outfit in those photo’s, sooo cute!

First of all, screw you for getting to play on SocialSpark before me, lol. Secondly, that pic is *too* cute for words! :cute:

I read it the same way. They don’t care for the huge sponsorship thing and frankly neither do I. I think it will tank, if it hasn’t already, right out of the gate.

Thanks for reminding me that I have laundry to do, too. :)
I love the picture of just Ryan in the swing! Too cute!
Psh, there’s nothing juicy going on my life, either, so I completely feel you there.

I have those days a lot…sometimes there is just nothing to write about. But that could be a good thing. I going to check out SocialSpark when I leave here…Never heard of it, but it sounds interesting!

Depends on how much you want to spend and how willing he is to adhere to treatment.

I really would recommend going to a dermetologist that can perscribe something strong for whatever his problem is (blackheads, bacteria, oilyness, dandruff, etc). IE meds.

If you want to go with over the counter, I’ve heard good things about Proactiv. Although when I looked at Proactiv, I noticed one of the ingredients was peroxide, which freaked me out because I like to tan. Basically look for any product that contains sacrylic acid in it. As far as brands go, I like Neutrogena but not for any particular reason.
