The party started at 8pm, and ended when everyone left and I fell into bed at 3:30am. Dan’s brothers left around midnight, our friend Jason a little after that, Dan himself went to bed at 1:30am, and my mom and brothers finally left at 3am.
We celebrated. Enjoyed food, snacks, cake, and present opening. And lots of Rock Band and American Idol Encore. I loved the American Idol Encore so much that I went out and bought it today (my mom brought her copy over for the party last night). After Dan went to bed and it was just my mom, brothers and myself, we watched Alvin and the Chipmunks on Blue-ray.
Dan’s 26th birthday was definitely awesome this year, even if we did have the party and did the massive celebrating a week late.
Gifts:
- PlayStation Portable (from me)
- 2GB memory card for the PSP (from Jason)
- Rock Band for the PS3 (from Dan’s brothers)
- Wireless guitar for GH3 (from my mom and brothers)
- Watch (from Alyssa and Ryan)
Then we went out today, and in addition to getting American Idol Encore for myself (god I love this game!), we got Final Fantasy Crisis Core for the PSP, and Grand Theft Auto 4 for the PS3. Dan should be all set with stuff to do until next Christmas, at least. 
Of course, he’s happy beyond belief with the party, the fun we all had together, and his gifts. He works so hard for us and is such a wonderful man, I was more than happy to put together last night and work out the perfect gifts with everyone, and then treat him to a few more things today. ♥
You probably won’t be hearing much from me over the next few days. Between working and singing my lungs out I’m going to be a busy girl!

I’ve been debating whether I want to buy American Idol or if I’ll continue to wait for Singstar to come out. I’ll have to look up the track lists, but Singstar will probably be the first purchase between to two.
Sounds and looks like you had a great time! You’ve definitely given me a few ideas for Kevin’s 30th birthday party. Ughh 30!!!!!! I can’t wait to see what you put together for Dan’s 30th, that cake looks like a nice little “You Are Old” nudge!
