I just spent a good half hour weeding out over a hundred spammy registrations from jenn.nu’s WP area. I sincerely apologize if I accidentally deleted anyone who isn’t a spammer! If I did, you’ll just need to re-create your account (your comments will still be here). After I finished that, I installed Register Plus. Among other things, it can add a captcha form to the registration page, or require email validation within X amount of hours after registration. I chose email validation within 24 hours after registration. I hope it works!
Anyway, I need to get to bed, SOON. I’m getting up by 9, and after I take Dan to work (my mom still has my car, ergh), the kidlets and I are heading over to a park to join my mom at my thirteen year old brother’s summer camp barbecue. Then at 1pm Ryan’s occupational therapist will be joining us to work with him for an hour or so.

I hate spammers who register!! I get a lot of .ru domains which are usually spammers so I just delete all of them.. hopefully I haven’t deleted any real applicants. I’ve been dying to install Register Plus too except I refuse to upgrade to WP 2.5 or else one of my beloved plugins won’t work!!
