One of my favorite times to take photos of Alyssa and Ryan is bath time. In addition to the kids obviously being so happy about being in the water, playing with one another and splashing water everywhere, there’s something about the lighting in our bathroom and the lighting from my camera’s external flash (the SB-600; I highly recommend it to anyone with a Nikon!) that makes for some really great photos:
Motivate me people. I have a long weekend ahead of me if I don’t get started on the 20,000 words worth of work I have. Although I did knock out 1000 words last night, so that brings me down to 19,000. But still, that’s a lot of typing to do! *weep*

Your kids are beautiful, the lighting is great in these photos. Makes me jealous I don’t have a better camera.

Love Ryan’s Mo-hawk! They do look like they are having fun.
My kids love bathtime except for the part where I wash their hair. Then they scream as if I was killing them.

Aww! Bath time pictures are definitely some of my favorites. My mother still has some of my sister and I and they’re still really fun to look at. Those pictures are so cute!
