I love pink. I used to be totally clueless about picking out the right shades of eye shadow for the right season, but over the last year I think I’ve done pretty well in getting a clue or ten. In the spring and summer I wore bright pink, and now that it’s almost winter I’m bringing out the pastel, icy shades of pink.

I slept until almost 3pm today. I was up late last night, my period finally graced me with its presence early this morning (four days late! I was about to buy a pregnancy test today!), and god awful cramps and constant drizzle kept me in bed until I realized it was almost 3pm, and holy crap I better get up if I want to get anything done today. Thank goodness Dan didn’t mind being up with the kids all day. ♥
Guess what! We have exactly six weeks until Christmas. Are you guys ready? ;) I know I’m not. One big thing we need to do is get Dan’s new computer desk purchased, so we can rearrange our living room (his current one is a beast that is hogging up a lot of space) so that there’s room for a Christmas tree. Then of course, we need to focus on presents and figuring out what all we’ll be doing on Christmas Day (who we’re seeing, where we’re going, what we’re having for dinner and who’s joining us for dinner, etc.).
:hmm: I should go out tonight and pick up something for dinner, and pick up some chocolate to finally satisfy the chocolate craving that has been plaguing me for over twenty-four hours now, but it’s realllllyyyyyyyyyyy foggy, and I hate driving in fog.
Have I mentioned how nice it is to have a dog? Leah loves being with me. She chills with me on the sofa, at the computer desk, in the recliner with me (right now she’s stretched out across my lap and the arm of the recliner), in the car, wherever. Of course, sometimes her need to be attached to me at the hip can be a bit annoying… hence why even though I enjoy Leah, I think deep down I’ll always be more of a cat person. Meow.
Yoshi is the same way, he ALWAYS wants to be with me every single moment of everyday. Luckily I have my other two rascals to keep him busy so if I ignore him he gets bored and starts messing with the other dogs or squeaks insistently on his squeaky toys…that could make a woman go crazy…

That is a pretty pink. I like those colors, but they wouldn’t look good on me. I’m glad you’re enjoying your doggy. I love my mothers dog. I wish I could have a cat where I live.
