I’m sick and I have a million things to do, and I don’t want to do a “real” blog entry until I’ve processed photos from the weekend, so this survey that I swiped from Imaginary Sunshine with permission will do quite nicely.
1. How many months (days? weeks? years??) into the relationship did it take for you or your significant other (from now on referred to as the S/O) to say “I love you”?
I’m pretty sure we were just a few weeks into our relationship.
2. Who said it first?
Daniel, I think.
3. Was “I love you” said before or after the first time that the two of you had sex?
Before.
4. How old were you the first time that you had sex?
16.
5. How far into the relationship was it until you first had sex with your S/O?
Three months and four days.
6. Who had more experience: you or your S/O?
Uh… me. We were both virgins, but I had been in a ten month relationship prior to meeting Dan. I didn’t have sex with my ex-boyfriend, but we did do everything else.
7. If you don’t live with your S/O, how often do you communicate without being face-to-face?
N/A
8. After the initial time that you had sex with your S/O, did you spend more or less time with them doing non-sexual-activities?
I’d say our ratio of non-sexual activities vs. sexual activities was about the same. If anything, we spent more time together so that we would have more time for sex AND everything else!
9. Have you ever dated someone that your parents would not approve of (i.e. either by socio-economic status, race, education) how did they react when they found out? (Did they find out or did you just keep it a secret?) How did they react?
My ex was five years older than me, and at that time I was fifteen years old. Needless to say, my mother was not to thrilled about that! But she talked to him several times, decided he was decent, and decided to let the age thing slide.
10. Did you plan the first time that you had sex or was it just a spur-of-the-moment thing?
We planned it out the evening before.

Good survey. I’d like to complete it, but considering that Wesley and I just broke up recently, it would be rather stupid to do a survey like this. Plus, it wouldn’t help me forget about him.
