Cryo-Cell is a company that specializes in stem cell collection and storage. Stem cells, as you probably know, are typically gathered from the umbilical cord blood of a newborn baby, and can then be preserved or immediately use for a multitude of medical treatments. Currently, stem cells have been proven to fight and in some cases even cure over 70 diseases, including anemia, diabetes and leukemia. And currently there is plenty of research and experimentation in the works that will hopefully one day enable stem cells to treat many more medical issues.
