I've been "stalking" you for awhile now (shame on me) but want you to know how awesome I think your weight loss choices are! Keep up the good work!

A few months ago I joined 24 Hour Fitness- not with specific weight loss goals but more generally to "be healthy" (I'm a little overweight, not bad, but VERY lazy and out of shape). I love to swim and swimming is the exercise that works for me, so most days I'm in the pool there. Of course there are a handful of skinny people who work out and complain about struggling to lose those last few pounds (they drive me nuts!). But there is another gal I see there a lot, a regular, who is definitely fighting morbid obesity. I do not know her weight but frankly I wouldn't be surprised if she's in the 500lb range- outside of the pool, she can only walk short distances with canes and is mostly wheelchair-bound. But let me tell you, I have more respect for her than for all those skinny people combined. She works out regularly, and let me tell you, once she is in the water, she can BOOGIE! I have seen skinny people get in the water and get totally worn out after just one lap- but she can keep going for several laps without too much trouble!

Anyway, all that to say... keep it up! You are doing so good and are such an inspiration!
