GO JENN!! I remember when I first got into my routine… I would be KILLER SORE. One week I had done a lot of leg exercises and could hardly get up and down our stairs because my legs hurt so much but I kept pushing forward and now I rarely get sore unless I really try to push myself. Keep it up! =)

Working out can definitely put you in pain for the first little while. I remember my first time when I went to the gym, even though I was not working that hard, my whole body was hurting

I went for 30 minutes on my mini trampoline the other day and my thighs were the same – gotta learn to love that pain though!!

Ryan is super cute and while we may have all enjoyed the screams of ‘B-O-X BOX!’ I can imagine your head pounding around him, so it is awesome that you have a friend who can go hang with the kids and let you take a little break. And seriously, tell all the people accusing you of having a secret lover to get over it. Jeez!

Wow, I tried a Kettlebell class at the Y before Christmas. It was a butt kicker! In fact, the first class was so many squats that when I got to work after the class, I couldn’t climb the stairs. I literally couldn’t get the muscles in my thighs to lift my leg high enough to climb stairs!
Oh ya, and you do look very beautiful!!!
