Falling apart at the seams

I’m on day four of medicine, and I don’t feel any better. Worth mentioning: day 1 was a double-dose of antibiotics.

Since I have pneumonia, I can’t get my stricture fixed, so I’m still throwing up left, right, and center. Note to self: stay away from ground beef. That is the worst thing to vomit. It’s so gritty and textured, and bits of it cling to my throat, which makes me gag and heave more.

Day 10 of the Random Wannabe Period… too heavy to be classified as spotting, yet it’s not quite heavy enough to be considered an actual period.

The only thing these meds seem to have done is set my nose to ON. I’m going through tissues like there’s no tomorrow!

And the contents of the medicine cabinet continue to deplete…

Argh.

that sounds terrible :( it sucks because you need food to keep your immune system strong, but your body’s getting rid of it. Wish I had some good advice to give you.
    Feel better!

  2. Awww feel better!! ((hugss)) do you know why my comments are being help for moderation?

  3. I’ve had pneumonia twice this past year and I can safely say that it’s one of those things that gets worse before it gets better. I had to take zithromax as well, and was even given it by IV the first time when I was in the hospital. It takes a while before you will feel well. And you have the stricture problem on top of that (which I didn’t have), but I think you will feel better soon. Get well and hang in there!
