Alyssa and Ryan watched the first Alvin and the Chipmunks movie with my brothers, and they absolutely loved it. And there was just enough adult-ish humor in it for me to get really into it too. I have fond memories of Alvin and the Chipmunks from my childhood. I used to watch the show, and I even had one of their holiday tapes (that’s cassette tape for you 90′s babies)! I can still remember how the Chipmunks sounded in the Christmas songs… with Simon bellowing in the background at Alvin, haha.
