What 5.5 hours of work looks like

Awesome mouse-tracking provided by IOGraphica!

I pulled an all-nighter last night. It wasn’t originally my intention, as around 9:15pm I was seriously tired and not in the mood for anything but sleep. But I forced myself to work through it, and work through it I did. Second, third and fourth winds kept me going until almost 4:00am!

This morning was a record low in terms of how long it took me to get out of bed… thirty minutes after the alarm went off. :( Fortunately I had set my alarm for 7:45am, which is 15 minutes earlier than my normal wake-up time, so I wasn’t running too behind, and Alyssa and Ryan got to preschool on time.

I don’t know how I functioned today, but I did. I just kept going and going and going. Now that I’m laying down — lounging in bed under the covers with the lights off, actually — sleepiness is definitely taking over. I hope to be blissfully unconscious within the hour!
