More than anything, I’m just tired.

I’m getting seriously burnt out. Not just from work… just from everyone and everything. From life.

I feel like someone or something is at me 24/7. I can’t even escape when I go to sleep, because I don’t sleep enough, and when I do, I dream or have general anxiety about everything that is at me when I’m awake. There’s just no escape.

…I am way too young to feel this way.

  1. Aww Jenn I’m sorry hun. I hope that you can get some rest soon and that you stop feeling this way. You’re right – you are way too young to feel that way.

  3. I generally feel exactly how you described all the time and you’re right, we’re too young for all these horrendous, anxious feeling and it’s crap! I need like, a week to sleep and not have to worry about anything and maybe I’d be okay. Maybe.

    Hope you start alleviating some stress soon!

  4. Agreed! I’ve been getting such horrid sleep lately that it just screws up how I feel the rest of the day.

    On the upside, holy crap you manage well. Certainly get more done in a day than I do so at least you’re uber productive. Should definitely take a “me” day sometime soon so you can recharge <3

    Sounds like you need a “me” day..runaway with a bunch of girlfriends and have lunch or see a silly movie. Laughing always makes me feel better. I’ll be sending happy thoughts your way!

  8. I feel that way alot too, so you are not alone! I totally understand what you mean. Life can get pretty demanding, but I hope you will be able to get enough rest and somehow find relief soon. You are way to young to feel this way. I hope you will get your “me” time soon!!

    If the anxiety continues or gets worse and you continue feeling like you’re just worn out from it all… please see a Doctor. It could be mild depression from being under so much stress constantly.

    Not trying to be the naysayer (is that the word?) but I’m just saying that if it does continue, and you feel like dog poo, there’s no shame in asking for help for it. :)
