  1. Good luck losing those last few stubborn pounds. I definitely understand the amusement park frustration and embarrassment as well especially when you get off and the line gets held up and blah blah blah so I don’t blame you whatsoever. I hope the protein helps. I don’t know how you can handle it though because I’m in that same flavored milk hating group. *gag me* I don’t even like regular milk though to be honest. I know some protein powders say you can blend them with a fruit of some sort in a smoothie perhaps? I think you can get below 200 by your birthday if you keep up the protein and maybe even try to get some more physical activity in as well. Hey, you never know right? Good luck again.

    Everytime I’m “stuck” I just up my exercise a little bit and it works wonders! I know you had something you planned on doing (Kettleball??) maybe now is the time! Muscle promotes calorie burning.
