This week’s 3x Thursday:
1. How have your allergies been this year? Are they any worse than usual?
They have been horrible! It really seems like Mother Nature is out to get me this year. But then again, I have also been outside a lot more this year. And on a few occasions I’m chilling with my netbook right on the grass (well, I’m sitting on a large beach blanket, but I’m still at grass and plant level!). I’ve also been leaving my windows open in my car, so I’m greeted with a nice coating of Mother Nature’s ejaculate all over the interior of my car in the mornings. I guess all of that doesn’t help. But the end result is I’ve been sneezing my head off, I get congested later at night, and my eyes have been itching like crazy.
2. Have you had any problems related to allergies this year? If so, what?
Besides sneezing more often this past month than I have in the past two years, not being able to breathe properly while sleeping and rubbing my eyeballs raw? I’m just peachy!
3. What steps do you take to deal with your allergies when they get out of hand?
Nothing so far, but I do have a few new tricks up my sleeve, including the Ocean Complete sinus Irrigation system and several types of Rohto Eye Drops. Both products — along with variations for the kids! — were recently sent to me for review, and you better believe that Dan and I are going to indulge ourselves in their allergy and allergy symptom relieving goodness.
