Corel Paint It! is one of Corel’s newest products. Unlike other types of photo editing programs, which come packed with robust features that can often be complex and more than a little confusing, Corel Paint It! has one goal in mind: to take already existing photographs and transform them into works of art.

Installing Corel Paint It! took less than five minutes, and I was on my way. Using the program was simple enough, as it takes up the entire window, and has large, easy-to-identify navigation and options. As you can see in the screenshots, on the right side of the program window are all of the artistic options that can be applied to photographs. A few of my favorites include oil painting, watercolor, and pastel.
Once you click the desired effect you would like to see applied to your opened photo, you can actually see the effect take place, complete with virtual paint strokes and swirls and other nifty effects. Once finished, you can then choose to save the photo, or clear the modifications and start over.
