It is seriously hot out there, people. It’s so hot that the inspection stickers on our windshields are peeling off and curling inwards — and I’ve been seeing this happen on other people’s cars as well, so I know it’s not just an issue with our dealership using shitty adhesive. It’s just TOO DAMN HOT for adhesive. It’s going on seven o’clock and I’m pretty sure the temperature is still over 90°. Ryan’s birthday party is tomorrow, and we’re going to start it at 3:00pm instead of 2:00pm, but it’s still going to be hot as balls out. We’re going to run down to the park pavilion and set everything up first, and then I’ll come back for the perishable stuff (which is like everything except for two bags of chips), and then swing by a local convenience store to pick up as much bagged ice as I can carry. Between the bagged ice, the half dozen or so ice blocks we have in our freezer, our cooler, and a large 20 gallon bucket I’m going to run out to Target tonight to pick up, hopefully nothing will melt. Heh. I guess it’s a good thing I nixed the idea of an ice cream cake? It sounded soooooooo delicious though.
I planned on writing up and scheduling out several product reviews this morning, but instead I decided to breathe life back into Lavish. I created two new themes, posted a few new topics, and added replies to a few existing ones. Come join us! I know I’ve been neglectful of Lavish over the past few months (though I do check in at least twice a week to keep an eye on things), but I can’t keep the community going all by myself!

Just a little know fact– The PA inspection stickers are peeling due to the adhesive pendot used this year. Nearly everyone is having the curling issue, though I’m sure the heat doesn’t help! Good luck at the party
