I was recently invited to take my pick of any one of the plus size Halloween costumes that Plus Size Super Center has in stock. It may only be August — or July in this case, since that was when everything was coordinated — but I jumped at the chance. I’m fairly certain I won’t suddenly drop fifty pounds between now and October, so I was confident in making my selection.
Since I’ve dropped 130 lbs., you better believe I went straight for the plus size sexy costumes. I may still be plus size, but I have come so far from where I was once, and I have enough confidence to do a bit of flaunting. ;) So I looked things over, and after doing a bit of comparing between the costumes, and keeping in mind that whatever costume I have it has to be somewhat family-friendly, since I’ll be wearing it when I go Trick Or Treating with the kids, I chose the sexy witch costume.
The sexy witch costume doesn’t make me look nearly as good as it does the model, but it’s more than sufficient. It’s cute and sassy, and hugs, emphasizes and flatters all of the right areas, while hiding all of the wrong areas:
The sexy witch costume comes with everything pictured — the costume itself, which is a spiffy dress with a purple and black uneven hem, the bodice style type (which adds nice emphasis to the girls!) top, and the flowing sleeves. The witch hat is also quite spiffy. Now I need to get a pair of black fishnets, some chunky shoes, and a broom, and I’ll be all set for Halloween!
I was quite happy with my experience with Plus Size Super Center. They have an amazing selection of plus size Halloween costumes, and everything is neatly categorized. Individual product listings are detailed, include the sizes and suggested fit, as well as high quality photos that accurately depict the costumes themselves. I would definitely recommend them for plus size Halloween costumes!
